Authority names Taricani as new Executive Director

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Sewerage Authority names Deputy Director Nicholas Taricani as Executive Director, succeeding retiring Michael Wynne after 39 years of service. The board unanimously passed Resolutions 32-26 and 36-26 to appoint Taricani and recognize Wynne's retirement. Under Wynne's tenure, the facility achieved a 38-year streak with zero Department of Environmental Protection violations and received a Platinum Award, the only treatment plant in New Jersey to receive that distinction.
The Authority also unanimously approved 13 resolutions and authorized payment of March 2026 bills totaling $1,167,123.72.
