Board approves five-lot subdivision at Malapardis Road

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Planning Board approves subdivision, dismisses incomplete application. The board voted 6-0 to approve preliminary and final subdivision of the Aishwarya Realty Hanover LLC property at 25 Malapardis Road, creating five residential lots with one dedicated to the township. In a separate 6-0 vote, the board approved a resolution dismissing the 9 Whippany Road Real Estate LLC application for lack of prosecution after it was deemed incomplete on eight occasions since June 2023.
The board also unanimously deferred a 324-unit residential development at Airport Road to September 22, a peremptory hearing date subject to dismissal if the applicant fails to proceed.
