Board approves two residential variances

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Board of Adjustment approves two residential variances. The board unanimously approved variance applications from Parul Kakar for attic finishing at 2 Irene Court and Anthony Rossi for front-yard fencing and additions at 19 Woodfield Drive, each contingent on specific conditions restricting use and protecting neighboring properties. Benjamin Stanziale was elected Chair and Michael Alwell Vice-Chair for the 2026 term.

A third variance application from Derek Protasiewicz for second-floor additions at 6 Dreutzler Court was carried to February 3 due to defective notice requirements. ===BRIEF===
