NJ HANOVER — Hanover Board of Adjustment dismisses two applications for lack of prosecution at May 21 meeting. The board voted unanimously to dismiss two cases: one filed by Kutay Beba seeking a variance for attic renovations at 3 Irene Court, Whippany, and another by Settimo and The Three Musketeers, LLC for tree-removal variance relief at 64 South Jefferson Road, Cedar Knolls. The Beba application was deemed incomplete June 4, 2025; the Settimo case was deemed incomplete January 23, 2024.
Both dismissals were without prejudice, allowing refiling.
