Board memorializes approval of residential variances

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Board of Adjustment approves residential variances for Dreutzler Court property. The board memorialized approval of Case No. 1918, granting Derek and Ashley Protasiewicz "C" and "D" variances to construct a second-floor addition over an existing garage, a one-story rear addition, and a screened-in porch at 6 Dreutzler Court, Block 5405, Lot 31, in the R-15 zone. Six of the nine board members present voted in favor of the resolution, which had been conditionally approved on February 3, 2026.
