A second resolution approved "C" and "D" variance relief for Commerce Park Ventures VI, LLC to construct a Tesla Collision Center at 1 Apollo Drive, Whippany, exclusively serving Tesla customers with auto-body repair services, on votes from board members Fomchenko, Giorgio, Bartell, Grasso, and Stanziale.
