NJ HANOVER — Board of Adjustment approves pavilion variance with 700-square-foot reduction. Anthony and Gina Terrana won approval to construct a pavilion and patio at 40 Highland Ave., Whippany, after agreeing to reduce the project by 700 square feet to comply with lot-coverage limits. The revised project caps new improvement coverage at 1,189.9 square feet with total improvement coverage not to exceed 7,856.6 square feet.

Seven board members voted in favor, with approval subject to compliance with Engineer Gerardo Maceira and Planner Joseph Burgis reports.
