Board of Adjustment approves Protasiewicz home addition variance

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Board of Adjustment unanimously approves major residential addition with variance relief. The board voted 6-0 to approve Derek and Ashley Protasiewicz's project at 6 Dreutzler Court, requiring a "D" variance for construction of a second-floor addition over an existing garage, a rear addition, and a screened-in porch. The board also memorialized two prior approvals from January 15: a "D" variance for Parul Kakar to finish an attic at 2 Irene Court, and a "C" variance for Anthony and Christina Rossi permitting a front-yard fence and mudroom/porch at 19 Woodfield Drive.
Peremptory hearing dates of May 21, 2026, were set for incomplete applications from Kutay Beba and Settimo and The Three Musketeers, LLC.
