Board of Adjustment · Meeting of June 2, 2026

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Board of Adjustment approves dismissal of two long-pending applications. The board voted to memorialize dismissal without prejudice of a variance application from Kutay Beba seeking "D" FAR relief for interior renovations at 3 Irene Court, Whippany, and an amended site plan application from Settimo and The Three Musketeers, LLC for tree removal at 64 South Jefferson Road, Cedar Knolls.
