NJ HANOVER — Hanover Economic Development Advisory Committee holds annual reorganization meeting. Robert Brueno was elected Chairperson, Christopher Mattessich as Vice-Chairperson, and Corey Hanlon as Secretary for 2026. Director of Planning John L.
Ferramosca briefed the 12-member committee on affordable housing impacts on taxes, C-PACE implementation, ideas for facilitating and taxing seasonal businesses, and properties in transition. Vice-Chairperson Mattessich presented rateable data comparing Hanover to other Morris County municipalities and proposed a regional economic analysis.
