NJ HANOVER — Planning Board approves Walmart delivery improvements, sets new dates for two pending cases. The board unanimously approved preliminary and final site plan application by Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust for online pickup and delivery spaces at 235 Ridgedale Ave., Cedar Knolls, conditional on parking plan revisions including EV-ready spaces. The board moved the peremptory date for a 324-unit residential development at 21 and 25 Airport Road to May 26, 2026, extending the board's decision deadline through May 29.
A peremptory hearing for 9 Whippany Road preliminary and final site plan application was scheduled for June 16, 2026, at 7 p.m. to address zoning violations.
