Hanover Sewerage Authority elects officers, approves annual contracts

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Sewerage Authority elected its 2026 leadership and adopted annual contracts at its February 25 meeting. Chairman Dennis Dittrick, Vice Chairman William Kuehner, and three other officers took office, with Michael C. Wynne designated as Executive Director and Purchasing Agent.
The board established a $53,000 bid threshold and appointed auditors, engineers, legal and bond counsel for the year, with Member Byrne absent. Combined bills approved for February totaled $488,931.
