Planning Board approves 10 Saddle Road office expansion with conditions

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Planning Board approves 10 Saddle Road office expansion. The board voted unanimously, 9-0, to approve preliminary and final site plan approval and variance relief for 10 Saddle Road LLC to add 2,743 square feet of office space at 10 Saddle Road in Cedar Knolls, conditioned on compliance with township engineer and environmental recommendations. The project includes electric vehicle charging stations and supplemental plantings.
The board also voted 9-0 to recommend Ordinance 24-2026 to the Township Committee, which would allow retail development outside large-scale shopping centers in the I-B3 zone, addressing the area's vacant and underutilized properties.
