Planning Board approves Malapardis Road subdivision, dismisses stalled Whippany case

NJ HANOVER — Hanover Planning Board approves five-lot subdivision of Malapardis Road. The board unanimously approved the Aishwarya Realty Hanover LLC application to subdivide an 11-acre parcel into four residential lots and dedicate one lot to the township. Two neighbors raised parking and visibility concerns about Ukraine Road staging by county and state vehicles during winter storms.
Mayor Gallagher pledged to coordinate with county, state, engineer, and police to enforce no-parking rules. The board also unanimously dismissed a stalled application for 9 Whippany Road Real Estate LLC for lack of prosecution, after eight incomplete submissions since June 2023.
