NJ HANOVER — Planning Board authorizes referral letter on vehicle repair ordinance. The board voted 9-0 to authorize Chairman Michael Critchley to sign a referral letter to the Township Committee for Ordinance No. 32-2026, which amends conditional use requirements for motor vehicle repair or maintenance establishments in the I-B3 zone district. The board found the ordinance is not substantially consistent with the Land Use Element of the Master Plan.
The letter corrects a prior referral sent April 21, 2026, addressing a frontage requirement oversight in the I-B3 zone on Route 10.
