NJ HANOVER — Hanover Recreation Commission approves soccer banners, adjusts meeting time. The board unanimously approved the Hanover Soccer Club's 3-by-5-foot sponsor banners at Stony Brook and Brickyard Central fields, with Brickyard limited to spring season. Commissioner R.

Brueno moved the approval, seconded by Commissioner G. Salese. Superintendent Tom Quirk reported that Bee Meadow Pool's concession vendor, Legacy Hospitality, faces ongoing staffing and customer service problems generating member complaints, with three weeks remaining in the pool season.

The Recreation Department will meet with DPW and league presidents to clarify field-cancellation procedures as Brickyard fields simultaneously serve three to four user groups. Commissioners agreed to move regular meetings from 7:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., effective in September.
